The system will automatically display the optional delivery methods on the shopping cart page. You can choose one of the following when placing an order according to your needs:

Standard Delivery: This is for customers who wish to receive their order as soon as possible. For Standard Delivery, please click on the "Standard Delivery" option at the bottom of the shopping cart without selecting a specific date. Then, select the "Standard Delivery" option again on the checkout page. Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days and delivered within 2-3 days of dispatch.

Scheduled Delivery: Customers who want to receive their order on a specific date. To schedule a delivery, click on the "Schedule Delivery" option at the bottom of the shopping cart, select the date you would like to receive your order from the pop-up calendar and select the "Schedule Delivery" option again on the checkout page. Please note: If you book delivery, please place your order at least three working days in advance (excluding weekends and UK holidays). If you don't see the option to book a delivery, it may be because the product or address you have selected is unavailable now.

Due to system errors or browser caching issues, if a customer chooses to book a delivery but does not select a specific date, please promptly contact the UKrabbit Essential customer service team to make the change. Otherwise, the order will be shipped by standard delivery.
